• add a prominent sponsorship callout near the top of the organization homepage
• add Sponsor to the Start here actions
• provide direct Sponsor now, custom organizational sponsorship, policy, and impact-reporting links
• update the organizational contact language to match the expanded ICSN sponsorship program
